From Monday to Thursday : from 5pm to midnight
On Friday : from 4pm to midnight
On Saturday: from 4pm to 1am
On Sunday: from 3pm to midnight

In Chantilly, behind the stunning bar, our barman- mixologist, who’s as professional as he is passionate, will be delighted to share with you his signature cocktails and favourites tipples from the Condé Menu, without of course giving away any of his secrets!
Hailing from the region, our barman was instructed in the subtle art of cocktail mixing in England and Canada, and will be sure to tempt you with one of his six colourful punches, delicately ladled from exquisite crystal bowls.
Let yourself be surprised by the "Guiner" cocktail, which combines whisky, beetroot puree and passion fruit, or by the "Flamboyant", an ingenious blend of rum, candied cinnamon and Angostura.
While the original combination of vodka, Cointreau, lime, cranberry and violet syrup lend the "Muse” its tantalising flavour.
